I stand behind my merchandise 100% regarding workmanship and defects.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging. 

3. I will give a credit or refund for unused merchandise.

4.  If you have received a defective item from me, return the item and a copy of your invoice.  Please inform me which you prefer:  a replacement item or a refund for the defective merchandise.

For orders that are damaged in shipping:

Please notify me immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandised.
